The eCyte 6 from NanoSurface Biomedical is an integrated system for long-term electrical stimulation of excitable cells in vitro. Featuring six fully-programmable multi-modal stimulation channels and an intuitive software interface, the eCyte 6 enables highly flexible pacing experiments.

Electrical signals are an important aspect of the native cellular microenvironment. Electrical pacing has been demonstrated to significantly impact the development of cells and tissues in vitro, including the differentiation and maturation of iPSC-derived cardiomyocytes, neurons, and skeletal muscle.

Fully compatible with NanoSurface Cytostretcher instruments, enabling simultaneous mechanical and electrical stimulation, and programable synchronization of stretch events and electrical stimulation pulses.

Integrate with External devices

TTL based trigger functions for advanced timing and synchronization. Trigger-in: trigger pre-programed stimulation protocols with external devices. Trigger-out: trigger external devices with the eCyte 6.
